This page will provide updates as the project moves through planning, site preparation, construction, and future homebuyer engagement.

Current Project Status

The project is currently in the planning and pre-development phase. The development team anticipates beginning site preparation, including tree clearing, ahead of the estimated groundbreaking in November 2026. The first set of homes is currently projected to be ready in late 2027.

This timeline is preliminary and subject to change as planning, permitting, construction, and development milestones progress.
